Trav-Ad Signs, Inc is hiring an entry level sales account representative! This is an entry level position, allowing you to expand your sales skills and sign knowledge, providing a strong foundation for career advancement. A Junior Sales Representative's primary goal is to effectively promote Trav-Ad Signs to potential customers. This will include evaluating the needs of potential clients, developing quotes, closing on those opportunities, managing sales of specific sign products, building and maintaining relationships with customers and assist with sales campaigns or initiatives of the company as needed. In addition, the Junior Sales Rep will also assist with order management for a nationwide account. Our entry level sales representatives come from diverse professional backgrounds, many of which do not have previous sales or management experience. Responsibilities:
The Junior Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities.
- Manage new and existing customers with specific product offerings
- Provide quotes
- Follow up on quotes given & close deals
- Assist in project managing national account
- Provide assistance to the other sales team members with follow up
- Take on additional projects from the other team members when possible
- Provide an Excel Spread sheet weekly
- Responsible for gaining product knowledge
- Developing leads/referrals
- Achieve monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- High School or higher degree
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- Report to the Sales Manager
Compensation:
- Salary $31,200
- Medical Benefits BCBS, Dental, Vision plan (after 90 days of service)
